Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Are you a consumer? You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason (Articles VI.47 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). This period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the products.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Inform us of your decision before the period expires, by means of a clear statement sent by email to contact@winscorner.be or by post to AKAR COMPANY SRL (Winscorner), Rue Max Roos 58, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium. Please state your name, your order number (WSC-...) and the products concerned. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Returning the products

Send back or bring back the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. You bear the direct cost of returning the products. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging. You may be held liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund is made using the same means of payment as used for the order, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

Exception

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (for example: an opened deodorant, toothpaste, shaving or personal-care product).

Damaged, incorrect or missing product

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@winscorner.be with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you. You also benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
